The inner cavity and sphere of fluorine-lined ball valve are lined with corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant poly (perfluoroethylene propylene) (F46) by high-pressure injection molding process, so it has reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance. Widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, medicine and other industrial departments, it can adjust or cut off strong corrosive media such as acid and alkali in the production process, and has the most obvious effect in water treatment process control.

1. The fluorine-lined ball valve with FEP lining layer has extremely high chemical stability, and can be applied to any strong corrosion properties except "molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine".
2. The fluorine-lined ball valve adopts a full-bore, floating ball structure, and the valve can be closed without leakage within the whole pressure range, which is more convenient for passing the ball and sweeping the line of the pipeline system and maintaining the pipeline.
3. The ball part of the opening and closing part and the valve stem are cast (forged) into a whole, which eliminates the possibility of the valve stem rushing out of the pressure-bearing part due to pressure change, and fundamentally ensures the use safety in engineering.
4. The structure of fluorine-lined ball valve is compact and reasonable, and the inner space of valve body is the smallest, which reduces the retention of medium. In addition, the special molding process makes the sealing surface have good density, and the herringbone annular PTFE packing combination makes the valve achieve zero leakage.
5. Two-piece and three-piece structures can adapt to various pipeline systems and working conditions with different requirements. Three-piece ball valves allow the main valve body to be separated from the valve bodies on both sides, which can realize on-line quick replacement and maintenance.
