1. In view of the shortcomings of poor corrosion resistance and easy perforation of the shell of ordinary valves, according to the specific characteristics of the medium, corrosion-resistant steel (low-temperature carbon steel added with corrosion-resistant alloy elements) is selected as the valve body material for ammonia special valves, which can resist the corrosion of ammonia and liquid ammonia, and the low temperature can reach-40ºC, so as to ensure the use requirements of working conditions to the maximum extent.
2. The matching structure of sealing pair of stop valve for ammonia adopts ball and plane type, and the sealing is automatically compensated, so as to achieve the effect of double insurance, with stable sealing performance and no adhesive wear, which effectively solves the problems of poor sealing performance and easy leakage of ordinary valves for chemical pipelines.
