1.ZZDVP pilot guide self operated single seat pressure control valve (nitrogen valve for shout) does not need external energy, it uses the power of the medium(gas type) itself, introducing detection enforcement actuator of pilot guide, to control core position, changing the medium flow, keep the pressure value of valve downstream. The valve has the characteristics of the pressure set value can be realized on the pilot guide, the value can be adjusted in the operation, so convenient, fast, labor-saving; The control precision is about twice as high as the general valve.
2.Pilot guide self operated control valve is composed of three parts: valve body, actuator and pilot guide. It automatic adjust and stable pressure by the pressure of the medium. It is suitable for large adjustable ratio and large pressure difference.
3.Pilot guide self operated control valve is mainly used in gas pressure control, adjustable ratio large, adjustable range wide, especially suitable for high upstream pressure (up to 1.0Mpa), low setting pressure (up to 14mm water column /0.14KPa), according to the conventional need to two or three decompression to meet the requirements of the occasions. It can be used for pressure regulation of non-corrosive gas or liquid.
