Product Introduction

ZMAT/ZMBT pneumatic diaphragm control valve adopts the diaphragm valve body and pneumatic actuator. The valve is drive by the compressed air to control the fluid medium.
The connection between the body and diaphragm is "W" type sealing to isolation from the outside world (no packing). The flow channel is easy and smooth, suitable for medium of corrosive and highly toxic.
ZMAT/ZMBT pneumatic diaphragm control valve adopts the corrosion-resistant diaphragm without packing, elastic diaphragm for the throttling elements, the flow channel is smooth. Making the valve has the advantages of small resistance, large flow, no leakage and convenient and reliable, fire and explosion proof. It is widely used in industrial automation system of strong acid, strong alkali, strong corrosion, high viscosity, containing particles, with fiber and toxic and do not allow pollution of the media flow. If there is no air source on site, you can choose the same type of electric actuator instead.

Feature
 

1. Corrosion resistance. Almost able to withstand the corrosion of all media (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia).
2. Good sealing performance. Double sealing with bellows and packing to ensure no leakage.
3. The leakage is small. Because the valve core and valve seat adopt soft sealing, it is ensured that there is no leakage.
4. Equipped with HA actuator, with large output force and compact structure.

Actuator

Pneumatic diaphragm control valve using multi spring actuator, height and weight can be reduced by 30%. The inner surface of the valve body is coated with a variety of materials to avoid direct contact with the medium and withstand the corrosion of strong corrosive medium. When the valve is closed, the internal and external leakage is zero, especially suitable for the regulation of highly toxic medium or not allowed to pollute the medium. The valve body flow path is simple, the resistance is small, the rated flow coefficient is larger than the same caliber control valve.
