Product Description
The thin heat-preserving ball valve is a ball valve with jacket heat-preservation. It is used to keep the medium cold or heat-preserving. It has a high-performance insulation structure and is mainly used for high-temperature heating and keeping materials in liquid circulation. Its novelly designed integrated ultra-short structure, smaller volume, close distance between valve seat and end flange, less material retention, large thermal insulation volume, superior sealing performance, and long service life.
Thin insulation ball valves are usually suitable for media that are easy to solidify and cannot flow at room temperature, such as chocolate, grease, benzene, sulfur, liquid sulfur, asphalt, paraffin, polyurethane, resin, fatty alcohol, etc.

Features
1. Wafer insulation ball valve adopts integral jacket structure design, which can keep heat and cold evenly.
2. Compared with ordinary ball valves, the wafer insulation ball valve has a smaller volume, lighter weight, no leakage, and good sealing performance.
3. The jacket is welded with carbon steel pipe and is more pressure-resistant and firmer than the cast one.
4. If the valve diameter is equal to the pipe diameter, the medium flows in a straight line with low resistance, which can effectively reduce the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline.
