Brief introduction of insulation gate valve structure
Insulation gate valve is a metal jacket welded to the valve body, and steam, heat transfer oil, cooling water, air-conditioning, etc. are injected into the metal jacket to make the medium of the valve body meet the requirements under the conditions of normal temperature, heating, and cooling. The temperature, play a role in heat preservation or cold preservation. The heat preservation gate valve is used for high viscosity, steam or other heat preservation and cold preservation media that will solidify at room temperature to ensure that the medium in the valve can work normally.

Features 
1. The jacket is welded between the two flanges of the valve, and the side and bottom of the valve are provided with a jacket connection port.

2. The size of the connecting flange is one to two sizes larger than the connecting flange of an ordinary valve of the same specification, and the structural length is the same as that of an ordinary valve of the same specification.

3. Steam or other hot insulation medium can flow freely in the jacket to ensure that the viscous medium can flow through the valve smoothly.
