I. Purpose and characteristics
ZZYVP type commander operates the self-operated pressure regulating valve (nitrogen sealing valve), which is an energy-saving pressure regulating valve that can automatically adjust and stabilize the pressure behind the valve to a set value by using the pressure change of the regulated medium itself without external energy. The pressure setting of the valve is realized on the commander, which is convenient and fast, and the pressure setting value can be adjusted at will during operation; The control precision is high, which is twice as high as that of ordinary ZZY directly operated self-operated pressure regulating valve, and is suitable for occasions with high control precision requirements. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, textile and other industrial sectors as automatic regulation of production process.
II.the structure and principle
ZZYVP pilot operated self-operated pressure regulating valve is composed of four parts: pilot, regulating valve, actuator and valve back nozzle. (see figure 1) Working principle: the medium enters the valve body in the direction of the arrow shown, and the pressure reduced by the filter pressure reducer is introduced into the commander; The other way passes through the valve core and valve seat, and the throttled pressure flows to the back of the valve and is introduced into the actuator of the commander through the pressure guide pipe. When the pressure behind the valve is higher than the set pressure, the pressure acts on the effective surface of the pilot membrane to generate a thrust to drive the pilot valve core to close, cutting off the pressure introduced into the membrane chamber of the main valve actuator, closing the main valve core and reducing the pressure behind the valve. When the pressure behind the valve is lower than the set value, because the reaction force of the main spring of the pilot opens the pilot valve core, the pressure before the valve is introduced into the membrane chamber of the main valve actuator to generate thrust, which opens the main valve core and increases the pressure behind the valve. Reciprocating in this way keeps the pressure behind the valve at the set value.
