Product Introduction

pneumatic V-type regulating ball valve is a rotary type regulating ball valve working with pneumatic actuator.
The valve seat is reinforced PTFE soft sealing or all metal hard sealing seat with 1Cr18Ni9 or 0Cr18Ni12Mo2 (Ti) partial surfacing of Stellai alloy. It's suitable for normal temperature (-40 ~ 200ºC) and high temperature (-60 ~ 450ºC).
The product has the characteristics of high transmission efficiency, large thrust, good sealing performance, large rated flow coefficient and strong interchangeability of parts.
Because of the "shear" effect when the valve disc and the valve seat closed, the valve is especially suitable for the medium containing fiber filamentous, particulate matter, slurry and other conditions.
The V-type ball valve is widely used in gas, steam, liquid transmission pipeline medium flow, pressure, liquid level, temperature control of paper making, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, textile, sewage treatment and other industries. To make automatic control of the process of production according to a certain standard.


Feature

5. There is no bracket connection between the ball valve and the electric actuator. The integrated compact structure reduces the space.
6. The sealing material of PTFE has good self-lubrication and small friction loss with the ball. So that the work life of the ball valve will be longer.
