Product Description
The fluorine-lined globe valve is a kind of anti-corrosion valve with high strength and good corrosion resistance. It is mainly used to control various temperature of pipelines containing corrosive media, as a switch and cut off. The outer shell of the electric fluorine-lined globe valve is made of investment precision casting. The valve cavity, valve body, bonnet, valve clack and other parts (that is, the place that will be in contact with chemical media) are all made of excellent corrosion-resistant materials (fluoroplastics). Lining or cladding material adopts moulded lining forming technology, so that the valve has both metal strength and corrosion resistance. The electric fluorine-lined globe valve is not suitable for flow adjustment, so as to prevent the pressure flow of the pipeline medium from damaging the sealing surface.
Structural features of fluorine-lined globe valve:
1. The surface of the inner cavity of the valve body is covered with various fluoroplastics to choose from. It is suitable for fluid pipelines with different working temperatures and has the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance.
2. The valve disc and the valve stem are designed as an integral structure to prevent the possibility of internal parts rushing out of the valve body due to pipeline pressure fluctuations. The structure is compact and safe to use.
3. Ensure that the pipeline medium does not directly contact the valve shell material, and has excellent corrosion resistance. It is an ideal valve for transporting corrosive liquid pipelines such as chemical, pharmaceutical, electronic, environmental protection, petrochemical, crude oil and natural gas.
