Elastic seat seal gate valve is also called rising stem gate valve (also known as rising stem gate valve). Generally, there are trapezoidal threads on the lifting rod. Through the nut of the valve and the guide groove on the valve body, the rotation is changed into linear motion, that is, the operating torque is changed into the operating thrust. When the valve is opened, when the lifting height of the gate is equal to 1:1 of the valve diameter, the fluid passage is complete, but this position cannot be monitored during operation. In actual use, the top of the valve stem is used as a mark, that is, the position where it can not be opened is taken as its full open position. In order to consider the locking phenomenon of temperature change, it is usually opened to the top position, and then reversed, 1 / 2-1 turn, as the full open valve position. Therefore, the full open position of the valve is determined by the position of the gate (i.e. stroke).

Characteristics of underground elastic seat seal gate valve

1. Integral rubber coating: the gate adopts integral rubber coating, which has good covering performance and geometric dimension, which ensures the sealing reliability and long service life.

2. Light weight: the valve body is made of ductile iron, which is light in weight and easy to install.
