Product Description
The valve suitable for medium temperature -40ºC~ -196ºC is called cryogenic valve.
Cryogenic valves include cryogenic ball valves, cryogenic gate valves, cryogenic stop valves, cryogenic safety valves, cryogenic check valves, cryogenic butterfly valves, cryogenic needle valves, cryogenic throttle valves, cryogenic pressure reducing valves, etc., mainly used for ethylene, liquefied natural gas plants, natural gas LPG LNG storage tanks, receiving bases and satellite stations, air separation equipment, petrochemical tail gas separation equipment, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, carbon dioxide cryogenic storage tanks and tank trucks, pressure swing adsorption oxygen generation devices. The output liquid cryogenic medium, such as ethylene, liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen, liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum products, etc., is not only flammable and explosive, but also vaporizes when the temperature rises, and the volume expands hundreds of times when it is vaporized.
Cryogenic valve test and inspection:
The main components of the cryogenic valve are treated at low temperature and each batch is sampled for low temperature impact test to ensure that the valve is not brittle under low temperature conditions and can withstand the impact of low temperature media.

The following tests are performed on each valve:

1. Normal temperature shell strength test;

2. Normal temperature and low pressure upper sealing test;

3. Normal temperature and low pressure sealing test;

4. Low temperature upper seal air tightness test (with upper seal);

5. Low temperature air tightness test, etc. to ensure that the entire cryogenic valve meets the requirements of the standard;

6. Perform low-temperature treatment on the main parts and perform low-temperature impact tests on samples of each batch to ensure that the valves are not brittle under low-temperature conditions and can withstand the impact of low-temperature media;

7. Low temperature (cryogenic) valves are subjected to low temperature treatment and impact test according to corresponding material specifications;

8. The electrostatic function is more powerful, and the conduction resistance between the valve body and the valve stem or the internal parts and the valve body is less than 1 ohm.
