Hz-z41x-16 rising stem elastic seat seal gate valve
Locking underground elastic seat seal gate valve is the design and manufacturing technology of valves in heating
and water supply pipeline system. It is composed of valve body, valve core, valve stem and locking mechanism.
The locking mechanism is to install the valve rod connected with the valve core in the valve body locking hole.
The valve rod is equipped with spring, pawl and ratchet wheel lock cap. The valve body is a three-way, one-way
bypass cap. The valve core also has three through holes corresponding to the valve body. After adjusting the
position of the valve core, the ratchet lock cap is screwed on, and the user can not open it by himself. With
reversing and locking functions, the heating and water supply system can be controlled on and off for a group of
households, and can not be opened non destructively to realize control.

1. Flat seat
The traditional gate valve often deposits in the groove of valve bottom because of external objects such as stone, wood block, cement, paper scraps and other debris after flushing the pipe with water. The low part of the soft seal gate valve adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause the accumulation of debris and make the fluid unobstructed.
2. Overall coating
The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber, and the internal and external rubber is covered. The domestic rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized valve plate to ensure the geometric dimension, and the rubber is firmly connected with the ductile iron gate, which is not easy to fall off and has good elastic memory.

The valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin, which can prevent corrosion and rust of valve body, and can be used in sewage system.
4. Not easy to break
In the past, the traditional cast iron gate valve was often hit, collided or overlapped, resulting in fracture and other phenomena. Because of the use of ductile iron, this situation can be greatly reduced.
Installation and maintenance of locking underground elastic seat seal gate valve:
1. Handwheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited.
2. Double gate valve shall be installed vertically.
3. The bypass valve with bypass valve should be opened first.
4. The gate valve with transmission mechanism shall be installed according to the provisions of the product operation manual.
5. If the valve is used frequently, lubricate it at least once a month.
