Product overview
1. In order to ensure safety, a safety device, namely a safety valve, is installed at the discharge port of the drilling pump to control the limit pressure of the pump within the allowable range;
2. The high-pressure safety valve designed and manufactured by our company is forged with high-quality alloy structural steel. It is a device to protect equipment and personal safety. It is usually installed on cementing, fracturing pump, high-pressure operation pipeline, pressure vessel and equipment operating under high-pressure and high-flow conditions.
3. The high pressure safety valve mainly adjusts the spring force of the valve seat by adjusting the nut on the top. When the pump pressure or pipeline pressure exceeds the preset pressure value, the safety valve will automatically open to relieve pressure. When the pressure is released to the normal value, the valve rod will reset under the action of spring to close the valve.
4. The cold working pressure of high pressure relief valve can be adjusted from 42MPa (6000PSI) to 105Mpa (15000psi).
Design features
1. The internal disc spring is used to realize the automatic opening and closing of the valve;
2. The safety valve has simple structure and small volume;
3. There is no leakage under normal conditions;
4. The function of high pressure safety valve in remote console is to protect equipment from damage due to overpressure operation;
5. For the vulnerable parts which are not changeable, the pressure regulation is stepless and accurate;
6. It can provide overpressure protection without shutdown, and its reliability is better than that of shear pin safety valve;
7. The executive standard of the product is api-6a, the connection form and specification are completely consistent with the similar products of SPM company, and the similar products have strong interchangeability.
