Product features

1. Valve body:

a) The integral design provides higher strength for the valve body and can bear the pipeline pressure better

b) The leakage of two-piece valve body caused by flange connection is avoided

2. Valve core:

a) The specially designed V-shaped ball has strong shear effect and sealing performance on the medium, and can adjust the flow characteristics of the medium in equal proportion.

b) The hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of sealing surface can be increased by hard chromium plating, ion nitriding and supersonic spraying.

c) The precision grinding spherical surface reduces the friction between the sealing surfaces, thus reducing the torque.

3. Valve seat: 

a) The special non seat cover design can avoid the dead angle between the valve seat and the valve body which is easy to be blocked, and the valve seat will be stuck.

b) The valve seat spring is designed with snap spring, which can not only provide pre tightening force for the valve seat seal, but also greatly reduce the torque required to drive the valve.

c) The valve seat with preload can provide good sealing even at a small differential pressure

4. Stem:

a) Fixed ball valve structure, upper and lower double valve rod and double bearing fix the valve core, which has higher stability. The bearing is self-lubricating bearing with composite material and sintering treatment on the bearing surface of rotating bearing, which has super wear resistance.
