This fundamentally solves the problem that certain valve bodies of the single-cylinder pneumatic gate valve cannot be opened due to wedging. Moreover, because the pneumatic gate valve is equipped with a buffer mechanism, it can effectively reduce the abrasion of the valve plate car sealing surface and the valve body sealing surface due to the downward impact of the piston when the valve is closed.

1. This valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve cover, gate, valve stem, sealing ring, double-layer cylinder and its piston, piston rod, diaphragm together with buffer mechanism, manual mechanism, pneumatic-manual conversion device and valve cover packing device And other parts.
2. When the upper piston travels to the upper end of the stroke, the upper echoer can be mounted to send a signal; the lower piston travels to the lower end of the stroke can be mounted on the lower echoer to send a signal as the gate valve opening and closing information in the central operating room Display on the analog dashboard.
3. The rising and falling of the extended indicator rod on the upper part of the hand wheel indicates whether the gate of the valve is in the lifting or descending state. When the gate valve is closed, the extension indicator rod is at the lowest position; conversely, when the gate valve is fully opened, the extension indicator rod is at the highest position. This is the on-site indication of the opening and closing status of the valve.
4. The upper part of the cylinder head is equipped with a pneumatic-manual conversion device. Lift the switching handle clockwise to the "pneumatic" positioning hole to position, and the gate valve is in pneumatic operation; on the contrary, lift the switching handle counterclockwise to the "manual" position at the hole, and the gate valve can be operated manually. Handle with bevel gear changes in the opposite direction. When manually operating the gate valve, the rotation direction of the handwheel is the same as that of a normal manual valve, that is, turning clockwise to close and counterclockwise to open. Bevel gears rotate in the opposite direction.
