Product Introduction
The sealing surface of the safety valve disc has two types: plane and conical surface. Their discharge area is calculated according to the area of the cylindrical or conical surface formed between the disc and the valve seat.
The advantage is that the structure is simple, and the manufacturing, maintenance, and test adjustment are relatively convenient. It is suitable for occasions where the relief volume is small, the back pressure is large, and the system pressure is required to be stable.
The bonnet of the closed safety valve is closed, which helps prevent the intrusion of dust and debris, and prevents toxic and flammable media from overflowing; the open safety valve, because the bonnet is open, is beneficial to reduce the temperature of the spring chamber and is mainly used for steam medium pipelines And containers.
The safety valve with radiator is mainly suitable for working conditions where the medium temperature exceeds 350ºC.
When the medium pressure reaches more than 75% of the opening pressure, the spring-loaded safety valve with wrench can be used as a manual opening.
