J41 flange stop valve
The flange connected stop valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline medium in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer and electric power industries with nominal pressure of pn1.6 ~ 16MPa and working temperature of - 29 ~ 550 ºC. The driving mode includes manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc.
Structural features
1. The material selection is exquisite, in line with the relevant standards at home and abroad, the structure is reasonable and the shape is beautiful.
2. The sealing surface of valve disc and valve seat is made of iron-based alloy or Stellite cobalt base cemented carbide. It has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life.
4. It has good corrosion resistance and anti abrasion treatment.
5. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing face types can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
6. The material of valve body is complete. Packing and gasket can be selected according to actual working condition or user's requirement. It can be applied to various pressure, temperature and medium condition.
7. The reverse seal is made of thread connection seal seat or body overlaying austenitic stainless steel, which is reliable. The replacement of packing can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient and quick, and does not affect the system operation.
