Product Introduction

Pneumatic shut-off valve adopts the top guide multi spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, S-streamline, small pressure drop loss, large capacity, convenient disassembly and assembly, etc.
The shut-off valve shut off, open or change the flow direction of medium accepting the signal from the regulating instrument. To automatic control the process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature or liquid level.
It is widely used in automatic control and remote control system of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, textile and other industry.
This series of valves are diaphragm actuator type and piston actuator type.

Feature
 

* The shut-off valve connects a multi-spring actuator and the regulating mechanism by three columns. The whole height and weight can be reduced by about 30%.
* The valve body is designed into low flow resistance flow  with equal cross section by the principle of fluid mechanics. The rated flow coefficient increases by 30%.
* The sealing types are tight seal and soft seal. The tight seal is hardfacing hard alloy and the soft seal is sealed by soft material with good sealing performance.
* Balanced trim type improves the allowable differential pressure of shut-off valve.
* The bellows seal forms a complete seal on the moving stem, blocking the median leakage.
* Piston type actuator is large operating force and large differential pressure.
