Lug butterfly valves are widely used for cutting off or adjusting medium flow in industrial pipelines such as low pressure, medium pressure, high pressure, iron and steel metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry and electric power. American Standard Butterfly Valve adopts a three-dimensional eccentric inclined conical valve seat seal pair, and the butterfly plate seal is formed by laminating a new type of metal sheet and elastic material, which is embedded in the butterfly plate to coincide with the valve seat. The butterfly plate swings to press the seal, so the friction resistance of the sealing surface is small, and the closing has the function of getting tighter and tighter, so the sealing performance is reliable, and the opening ensures that the sealing surface is completely out of contact, thus ensuring that the sealing surface is not damaged. The structural characteristics of American standard butterfly valves eliminate the disadvantage that other types of butterfly valves can not be sealed after being opened, and can be used normally at high temperature, thus overcoming the disadvantage that other types of valves are easy to leak due to thermal expansion when being used at high temperature.

1. The valve seat and butterfly plate are almost free of wear, and have the sealing function of tighter and tighter. 2. The butterfly plate sealing surface is made of surfacing cobalt-based cemented carbide, which is resistant to erosion and wear and has a long service life.
3. It is suitable for shut-off and flow control of heat pipes, and has excellent heat resistance and bidirectional sealing performance.
4. Using the axial positioning device, the upper and lower sealing surfaces are partially crushed, worn and leaked due to the axial butterfly plate shifting.
5. The sealing ring of the valve seat keeps the closing performance under the temperature cycling state, and the contraction of the valve body does not transmit to the valve seat, thus preventing the valve from blocking.
