Product Description

Structural features of gate valve

1. The integral valve cover is designed with concealed rod and compact structure; the valve rod nut and the gate plate are of two-body structure, without jamming; the straight channel has no leakage cavity; the valve stem is sealed with "O" ring.

2. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance. The shell body and outer surface are sprayed with epoxy resin, and the inner surface is lined with enamel when necessary; the connecting bolts are hexagonal bolts and the top is sealed with glue.

3. Reliable hygienic epoxy resin meets the hygienic standard GB / t17219-1998, and the ram is covered with rubber that meets the sanitary inspection; the valve stem, stem nut and other parts are made of stainless steel or bronze which are not subject to water corrosion. It is suitable for drinking water, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, natural gas and gas, industry and food industry.
