Product description of V230 self- operated regulator

V230 series self operated regulator is an energy-saving-type control valve which relies on the pressure of the medium itself and can be self-controlled without external energy. It is used for pressure control devices of mediums such as gas, liquid and mediums whose xenon temperature is lower than 350 °C. It is maintenance-free. And the pressure control of the mediums does not need external energy, thus its energy-saving effect is predominant. The unbalanced force of the stainless steel bellows is small. It has high sensitivity and supports internal pressure. Also, it has a wide range of external pressure setting point. And the actuators can be easily adjusted adjusting nuts. It can be casually assembled with springs to achieve a wide range of adjustments. For high seals, a low-noised spool sealed softly is used. As for higher noise reduction requirements, special types with noise attenuators can be used for standard modular design. Multiple combinations control can be realized through the assembly.
