ZMQ and ZSQ pneumatic diaphragm (piston) shut-off valves adopt top guide structure with multi-spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, S-shaped fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, convenient disassembly and assembly, etc. The cut-off valve receives the signal from the regulating instrument, cuts off, opens or changes the flow direction of the medium, so as to automatically control the process parameters such as pressure, flow rate and liquid level. It is widely used in the production process automatic control and transportation control system of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, textile and other industrial departments. There are two kinds of products in this series: membrane type and piston type. There are three valve body structures: single seat, sleeve and double seat (two-position tee). There are two sealing forms: packing seal and bellows seal. The nominal pressure grades of products are PN10, 16, 40 and 46, and the nominal diameter range is DN20~200mm. The applicable fluid temperature ranges from-60ºC to 450ºC. The leakage level is class IV or class VI. The flow characteristic is quick opening.
Design feature
The cut-off valve adopts a multi-spring actuator and is connected with the adjusting mechanism by three uprights, so the whole height can be reduced by about 30%, and the weight can be reduced by about 30%. According to the principle of hydrodynamics, the valve body is designed as a flow passage with equal cross-section and low flow resistance, and the number of rated flow systems is increased by 30%. There are two types of sealing parts of valve trim: tight type and soft seal. The tight type is hardfacing cemented carbide, and the soft seal type is made of qualitative material, which has excellent sealing performance when closed. Balanced valve trim improves the allowable pressure difference of cut-off valve. Corrugated pipe sealing type completely seals the moving valve stem, blocking the possibility of medium leakage.
