Electro hydraulic actuator is a new type of hydraulic actuator developed by our company on the basis of absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad. Ha series actuators are designed and optimized by SolidWorks. Compared with similar products on the market, it has the characteristics of exquisite and beautiful appearance, compact and reasonable structure, strong and durable, large output torque and long service life. Ha series actuator can be used as the actuator of ball valve, butterfly valve, plug valve and other valves or 1 / 4 rotary device. The matching hydraulic solenoid valve, flow control valve, limit switch and other components can realize the local / remote intelligent control of ball valve, butterfly valve, plug valve and other valves or other 1 / 4 rotary device. Ha series hydraulic actuators are widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, energy, ship, metallurgy, building materials, papermaking, boiler equipment.
Product features:
1. Support single acting and double acting configuration.
2. Based on the rack and pinion design, the structure is simple and reliable, the volume is small, the action is stable, and the output torque is large.
3. Gear rack is made of 45 steel, which can bear higher working pressure and output more torque.
4. The hydraulic cylinder uses 45 seamless steel pipe, which has good comprehensive mechanical properties, smooth inner surface and low friction coefficient, so as to ensure longer service life.
5. There are two adjusting bolts on the back of the actuator, which makes stroke adjustment more convenient. It supports two-way stroke adjustment with an adjustment range of ± 5 °.
6. The bottom connection of actuator conforms to ISO5211 standard. Make the product more universal and interchangeable.
7. Actuator top connection meets Namur standard. Support the installation of standard valve position indicator and limit switch (HA32 requires special mounting bracket).

1. Hydraulic oil: use non corrosive anti-wear hydraulic oil; medium kinematic viscosity.
2. Rated pressure: design pressure 20MPa; service pressure 16MPa.
3. Applicable temperature: - 20 ~ + 80 ° C
4. Vibration resistance: suitable for the environment without strong vibration
5. Lubrication: use self-lubricating bearing, under normal working conditions, no need to add lubricant.
6. Installation: suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.
7. Selection and marking: select the type reasonably according to the specific working conditions; relevant parameters will be marked on the product name plate.
Attachment support:
1. Manual mechanism: support clutch type manual mechanism or manual pump
2. Limit switch box: various limit switches or position transmitters can be installed.
3. Hydraulic solenoid valve, electro-hydraulic servo system and accumulator are used to operate or control the valve.
