Hz series LP internal and external thread high pressure plug valve

The product specification grade of plug valve produced by our company is PLS3 and PR2, which is widely used in cementing equipment and fracturing equipment

1. The high-pressure plug valve is an important part connecting the high-pressure manifold during cementing, cementing and fracturing operations. It is also suitable for the control of other high-pressure fluids. The plug valve is mainly composed of valve body, sealing arc plate, plug and other parts;

2. The low torque and high pressure plug valves designed and manufactured by our company are all forged with high quality and high strength alloy structural steel. Strict heat treatment ensures that the joint has uniform metallographic structure and pressure bearing capacity. The materials used fully conform to ASTM and AISI standards, and the product technical indicators fully comply with API Spec 6A standard. The product joints can be connected with pipeline thread, oil pipe thread, butt welding or non pressure sealing end connection;

3. The end of high pressure plug valve is connected with union plug valve, LP internal thread connection and LP external thread connection. At the same time, high pressure plug valve with base can be designed according to customer requirements;

4. The specifications of high-pressure plug valve are 1 ", 2", 3 ", cold working pressure of 42MPa (6000PSI), 70MPa (10000psi) and 105Mpa (15000psi), which can provide plug valves and repair kits for normal temperature, low temperature and sulfur gas conditions.

Design features
The plug valve is composed of valve body, plug, sealing arc plate and other parts.Its working principle is: through the handwheel to adjust the position of the cock, to achieve the control of the flow size. The sealing arc plate is used to seal between the valve body and the cock. Due to the high machining precision of the sealing arc plate and the special grinding process, the product will not leak under high pressure.

1. Stable pressure bearing performance: it is equipped with replaceable elastic nitrile rubber sealing ring, and the solid wall thickness design is enough to bear pressure on the high-pressure pipeline;

2. Easy to exchange: both ends can be connected by union head or internal and external thread (LP, nu), with full inch size, which can be interchanged with foreign products at will;

3. Simple maintenance: plug valve maintenance and maintenance do not need to be removed from the pipeline, disassembly does not need special tools;

4. Good sealing and anti-corrosion effect: special coating process is adopted for the finished cock, which makes the sealing performance and anti-corrosion effect excellent;

5. Visible valve body position: the cock cap is clearly marked to indicate that the valve is fully open or closed. The brake spring limits the valve to the desired position.
