Describtion:

The 200X pressure reducing valve consists of a main valve, a pilot valve, a ball valve and a pressure gauge. The pressure reducing valve mainly controls the outlet pressure of the main valve. The main valve outlet pressure is not changed by the inlet pressure change, also the outlet pressure is not changed by the change of the main valve outlet flow rate. This valve is suitable for industrial water supply, fire water supply and domestic water pipe network system.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

When the valve feeds water from the inlet end, water flows through the needle valve into the main valve, and the outlet pressure is transmit to the pilot valve through conduit. When the outlet pressure is higher than the set value of pilot spring, the pilot valve is closed. The main valve stops draining. At this time, the pressure in the main valve rises and closes the main valve, and then the outlet pressure no longer rises.

When the valve outlet pressure drops to the set pressure of pilot valve, the pilot valve opens and the control room drains downstream. Since the water discharged of the pilot valve system is more than the water intake of the needle valve, the pressure in the main valve control room drops. The inlet pressure opens the main valve. In the stable state, the control room has the same water intake and outlet, the main valve opening is unchanged, and the outlet pressure is stable.

The outlet pressure can be set by adjusting the pilot valve spring.
