working principle:
Z41F46 flange fluorine-lined gate valve uses wedge-shaped gates sealed on both sides to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline. The wedge gate valve does not allow a small amount of opening to be used as a throttling device in the pipeline to avoid erosion due to high-speed flow And accelerate the damage of the sealing surface. The sealing pair adopted by our company is FEP or other material combination, with low friction coefficient and low opening and closing torque; packing adopts PTFE standard packing, which has good sealing performance and convenient maintenance and replacement; with elastic gate, it can compensate gate seal and valve The wedge angle between the sealing surfaces of the seat is deviated, the degree of agreement is good, and the sealing effect is ideal.
Features:
1. Light weight: The body is made of nodular black cast iron, which is about 20%~30% lighter than the traditional gate valve, and is easy to install and maintain.
2. Overall encapsulation: The rubber used in the gate is integrated inside and outside. European rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized gate to ensure the geometric size, and the rubber and the ductile cast gate are firmly connected, not easy to fall off and elastic memory good.
