Z61Y socket welded forged steel gate valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting the pipeline medium in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical industry and thermal power stations with ANSI Class 150~2500 and working temperature < 600ºC. Suitable media are: water, oil, steam, etc. Operation modes are: manual, gear drive, electric, pneumatic, etc.

Design form
There are three types of body cover connection design for high-pressure forged steel gate valves. The first type is forged steel gate valve with bolted body cover. The valve designed according to this connection mode has the advantages of bolt connection between valve body and valve cover and winding gasket sealing, which is convenient for maintenance. The second type of body cover is welded and connected to forged steel gate valve. The valve body and valve cover of the valve designed according to this connection form are fully welded and sealed, which has the advantage of no external leakage. The third type is forged steel gate valve with pressure self-tightening valve cover. The valve body and valve cover are connected by screw mosquito, and sealed by internal pressure self-sealing ring. The advantage is that the greater the internal pressure, the better its sealing performance.

5. The valve body materials are complete in variety, and the packing and gasket are reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements, which can be applied to various working conditions of pressure, temperature and medium.
6.1500LB and 2500LB middle cavities adopt pressure self-tightening sealing structure. The sealing performance increases with the increase of internal pressure, and the reliability is high.
7. The back seal is made of stainless steel screw connection seal seat or body surfacing austenitic stainless steel. The back seal is reliable, and the packing replacement and maintenance can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient and quick without affecting the system operation.
