Forged steel globe valve is used in pipeline system to close or open pipeline to keep the system running normally.
Since the opening or closing stroke of the valve stem of the shut-off valve is relatively short, and it has a very reliable cut-off function, and because the change of the valve seat port is proportional to the stroke of the valve flap, it is very suitable for flow adjustment. Therefore, this type of valve is very suitable for use as a cut-off or adjustment and throttling.

During the opening and closing process, the friction between the valve clack and the sealing surface of the valve body is smaller than that of the gate valve, so it is wear-resistant. The opening height is generally only 1/4 of the diameter of the valve seat passage, so it is much smaller than the gate valve. Usually there is only one sealing surface on the valve body and the valve disc, so the manufacturing process is relatively good and easy to maintain. Applicable temperature: -196ºC~700ºC Drive mode: manual, bevel gear drive, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, gas-liquid linkage, electro-hydraulic linkage. Features

(2) The sealing surface is not easy to wear and scratch, and the sealing performance is good. There is no relative sliding between the valve clack and the valve body sealing surface when opening and closing, so the wear and scratches are not serious, the sealing performance is good, and the service life is long.

(3) When opening and closing, the disc stroke is small, so the height of the stop valve is smaller than that of the gate valve, but the structure length is longer than that of the gate valve.

(4) The opening and closing moment is large, and the opening and closing is more laborious.

(5) The fluid resistance is large, because the medium channel in the valve body is tortuous, the fluid resistance is large, and the power consumption is large.
