Stainless steel gate valve: The valve body, bonnet, gate, and gate rod are made of stainless steel. The sealing surface of the valve seat is PTFE, stainless steel + cemented carbide or surfacing cemented carbide, and the filler is generally cemented carbide, PTFE Ethylene, asbestos graphite or flexible graphite. Nominal size DN15~DN800, working pressure 1.6MPa~20.0MPa, applicable temperature ≤200ºC, suitable for nitric acid, weak corrosive medium pipeline.

Product Usage

Features

1. Using austenitic stainless steel, it has good corrosion resistance to oxidizing acid media.

2. When the medium flows through the stainless steel gate valve, its flow direction is not changed, and the fluid resistance is small.

3. The movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the flow direction of the medium, the opening and closing moment is small, and the opening and closing is labor-saving.

4. The flow direction of the medium is not restricted, does not disturb the flow, and does not reduce the pressure. The medium can flow in any direction from both sides of the gate valve and can achieve the purpose of use. It is most suitable for pipelines where the flow direction of the medium may change.

5. The gate is vertically placed in the valve body and the structure length is short.

6. Good sealing performance. The sealing surface is less eroded when fully opened.
